Solidarity Neighborhood
The "Solidarity Neighborhood" program is aimed at providing a participatory response to the challenges of health (hygiene and nutrition), education (environmental and values), and citizenship (rights and obligations). This last line seeks to involve young students in the dissemination of rights and obligations of citizenship ? that is incorporated into the Municipal Code.
Institutional design
