Dilo Aqui Guate
Dilo Aqui Guate is an app for mobile phones and a webpage that allows citizens to file complaints on officials regarding cases of bribery, embezzlement, illicit enrichment, influence peddling or other activities that lack transparency. The reporting can be done anonymously, and can be directed to any public server. As a result, the Anti-Corruption Legal Assistance Center (ALAC) will process an official complaint.
