Migration Policy Approaches for Guatemala
The Migration Policy Approaches for Guatemala were agreed upon by a group of civil society organizations and representatives of the academic sector in order to influence the country's public agenda. The different dialogue groups met over a five month period to identify the different organizations that should be involved in the migratory process and to agree on the issues that different proposals and reforms should address. The results of this dialogue process were presented to the Congress of the Republic.

Co-governance: is there involvement of the government in the process or not?
