Closer to my People
The "Closer to my People" program was organized by the Municipality of Chisec. Over a year, the mayor visited the 13 micro-regions of the Municipality, organizing citizens' assemblies in which projects, proposals and suggestions could be presented. Between 100 and 150 people and community leaders participated. The agenda of each meeting was as follows: prayer, singing of the national anthem, official welcoming, presentation of work teams, presentation of administrative and technical progress, spaces for communities, problem-solving, needs, concerns and solutions, work strategies (analysis, discussion and definition of actions felt by the population), reading and signing of the accord, followed by lunch.
