Visible Pre-trial
Visible Pre-Trial is a digital initiative implemented by the civil society organization "Guatemala Visible" with the aim of promoting the rule of law and transparency regarding the selection processes within the Justice System in Guatemala. Through a web portal, this initiative monitors and follows up on cases of corruption and illegal activities that reach the Justice System and are committed by public officials. Through the compilation of information and publication of data, citizens can follow up on what is happening within the judicial system. The initiative also provides information to train citizens on justice issues. In addition, through this initiative, proposals for reforming the law have been presented and made visible.
