Missing Persons
Missing Persons is an online platform that allows the reporting of a person lost or found in the national territory, providing advice on the steps to follow for dissemination and reporting. Also, the innovation allows to make the report by SMS or WhatsApp, in order to start the search as soon as possible. The information is provided and collected both from complaints made by state institutions and civil society organizations dedicated to the search for lost people, as by reports of individual citizens, complaints received by local or national newspapers, etc. This initiative seeks to provide guidance to the families of missing persons in order to channel their demands and make them reach the public institutions responsible for initiating the search.
