Neighbor Service Center of Mar del Plata
The Neighbor Service Center is a set of digital government tools that enable various communication channels (via telephone, a web platform and smartphone apps) to provide effective ways for general citizens to make complaints, follow the process and resolution of their files, and evaluate both the quality of care received and the response time. Open data and geolocation of high-relevance issues are used. These mechanisms aim to generate a transparent, inclusive and participatory mechanism, in which citizens can control the level of fulfillment of their tasks of municipal employees.
