Santa Fe, How are we Doing
The ?Santa Fe, How are we Doing? initiative consists of a program aimed at creating a common space between the state and civil society for the elaboration of indexes and the publication of accurate information regarding the quality of life in the Province of Santa Fe. For this purpose, evaluations are carried out using different dimensions of life experience, the access and use of services in cities, which aspire to reflect the quality of public policies. The program was initiated by the Government of the Province in collaboration with different universities, with the Santa Fe Stock Exchange and with the Fundación Ejercicio Ciudadano de Rosario.
Institutional design
Formalization: is the innovation embedded in the constitution or legislation, in an administrative act, or not formalized at all?
Frequency: how often does the innovation take place: only once, sporadically, or is it permanent or regular?
Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
