Digital Citizen
Ciudadano Digital (lit. Digital Citizen) is a web platform promoted by the government of the city of Cordoba with the aim of improving interaction with citizens in a simple, effective and fast manner. It allows access to information on services and procedures offered by the government, as well as providing a space for collaboration and participation. For this purpose, it has two functions: the "Citizen Consultation" space allows consultations, suggestions, complaints and reports to be sent directly to the corresponding body, which must then keep the citizen informed about the status and progress of his / her consultation; and the "Citizen Participation" space that allows the user to submit proposals for projects or improvements by adding photos or documentation, and also with the same "Citizen Consultation" monitoring and communication features.
