Municipal Commissioner
The Municipal Commissioner is selected in an open town hall by the municipal authorities from a list of 4 candidates proposed by the civil society. The Municipal Commissioner is responsible for overseeing and monitoring compliance with the Municipalities Act and its Regulations, while also taking care of the defense of human rights, with particular emphasis on groups in vulnerable situations.
