National Forest Council
The National Forest Council is a space where the federal authorities are consulted and advised on the management of the country's forests and jungles. The authorities may request their opinion, advice and supervision, as well as the surveillance, evaluation and monitoring of forest policy. The positions held by each member of the Board are honorary. The Council had sixty-nine members in 2017.
