Fellow Citizens' Committee for Electoral Observation
The Fellow Citizens' Committee for Electoral Observation is composed of intellectuals, experts, electoral advisers, academics, opinion leaders and several organizations that sponsor the project. The Committee conducts research, manages a blog and website, produces press releases, holds press tables, maintains dialogue with electoral authorities, legislators and political parties, promotes forums and discussions, produces reports and books, and promotes changes to electoral legislation.
