Public Consultation Forums for Regulatory Improvement Programs 2015-2016
The Public Consultation Forums for the Regulatory Improvement Programs 2015-2016 were created by the public and private sectors to generate proposals that encourage more competitive programs and optimize the public sector. Representatives from the environmental, financial, labor, tourism, transportation, energy, gender equity and federative entities participated. Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
