Commissions of Planning and Support for Popular Creation
The Commissions of Planning and Support for Popular Creation are established in each of the states of the country and are collegiate bodies made up of representatives of local and federal cultural authorities, as well as civil society, which are in charge of monitoring and validating the work processes of the Program to ensure its transparency.
