Citizen Initiative (Elderly)
The Citizen Initiative law that establishes the right to family support for adults over 70 years of age residing in the State of Jalisco was supported by 1.04% of the total number of citizens registered in the voter list for the State of Jalisco. Therefore, the initiative was studied and voted on by the State Congress resulting in the reform of the Comprehensive Development of the Elderly Law of the State of Jalisco.
