Popular Initiative (Of the Family)
The popular initiative is the document that citizens have to submit to the legislative body of the entity to be studied, analyzed and ruled in accordance with the procedure provided by the Law of the Legislative Branch of the State of Jalisco. The Popular initiative to Reform the second book of the Civil Code of the State of Jalisco for the creation of a fourth title called "Of the Family", was accepted and sent to the State Legislature for consideration.
