Community Social Work Program
The Community Social Work Program promotes, through forums of popular consultation and the organization of Work Committees, the participation of society in the approach and solution of problems of the immediate environment of each street, neighborhood or colony of the city of Tijuana in order that the government responds and solves problems pertaining to the lack of basic infrastructure.
