Community Telecenters

The Community Telecenters are meeting points where the community expresses its demands with the support of the strategic use of information and communication technologies and proposes solutions to the problems it faces. The centers seek to promote micro-enterprise, employment, education, culture and access to information, as well as providing spaces for citizen participation, decentralization and communication with governments and institutions.
