Urban Society Xalapa
Urban Society Xalapa is a mobile app project that promotes safe taxi rides. It allows one to call and book the nearest taxi, identifying it by its license number. At the same time, the app notifies three user contacts when the trip is complete. During the travel time, the user can report incidents he / she watches on the street, such as traffic jams or accidents, and can consult relevant information of the city. With this app the team of Urban Society Xalapa want citizens to travel more and better. It keeps citizens informed of what is happening in their city and on their daily routes in addition to encouraging them to participate by reporting events and rewarding their collaboration.
