The UCISV-SEE Housing Program for the Peripheral Areas of Xalapa is a project designed to improve the housing, urban conditions and quality of life of the residents of 80 irregular settlements located in the outskirts of the city of Xalapa, Veracruz. The project uses participatory planning methods. Through joint work with the government of the state of Veracruz and the city of Xalapa, the program has managed to grant land and urban services.
