Citizen monitor of the ombudsman system
Citizen monitor of the ombudsman system (2002-2008) was a project that sought to strengthen the system of public bodies concerned with human rights in Mexico via citizen monitoring of their performance. This initiative analyzed the regulatory framework and investigated the relationship these bodies have with civil society. Likewise, the procedure for electing the President of the National Commission on Human Rights was monitored in 2004.
