Gualeguaychú's Strategic Plan
Gualeguaychú' s Strategic Plan was formulated by means of a participatory scheme developed by the Municipality of Gualeguaychú and a team of experts from Universidad del Salvador. Citizens and representatives of organizations related to the tourism sector participated in the process, identifying priorities to promote local development, placing emphasis on the promotion of tourism. Participation took place in the form of workshops, in which participants formulated short, medium and long term proposals.
