i-LAB Public Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Lab
i-LAB Public Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Lab is an initiative that seeks to promote applied research and the use of digital technologies to develop tools that bring citizens closer to government authorities. With the objective of democratizing research, i-LAB links scientific studies with potential sources of funding. In addition, interested citizens can submit their research ideas to solve public problems, which are voted on through their website. The ideas that receive the most votes are analyzed by a panel of experts to evaluate their possible implementation. This laboratory also publishes studies and offers online courses to train citizens on different topics.
