Nicaraguan Violence Observatory
The Violence Observatory is an online platform designed to strengthen transparency and promote the formation of a critical public opinion on social, criminal and political violence. This democratic innovation is a space created by civil society that allows the interaction, visualization and analysis of data and statistics of the National Police, either by geographic area or by gender. In addition, it shows different heat maps that geo-localize and analyze the different levels of violence in several areas of conflict around the country.
