Panama Youth Encounter XXI
The Panama Youth Encounter XXI was organized within the framework of the Program for the Support of Human Development of Youth, supported by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in 1997. Fifteen hundred youth representatives from all over the country participated with the aim of transmitting the youth's feelings regarding their problems, needs and interests; as well as to consult and validate the National Plan of Action of the Panamanian Youth 1998-2002.
