Consultations for the National Strategic Plan for Children and Adolescents: Panama 2015
The Consultations for the National Strategic Plan for Children and Adolescents: Panama 2015 sought to collect contributions from all stakeholders and sectors in Panama. Both public sector and civil society organizations were consulted at the national and provincial levels, and their reflections were taken into account in formulating the policies and strategies that ensure the fulfillment of the rights of children and adolescents. The consultations were spaces for deliberation, analysis, and discussion to agree on the challenges faced by children and adolescents throughout Panama. The Plan was also consulted to include the views and opinions of children and adolescents, and these were included in a new version of the Plan that was finally consulted with the relevant ministries and institutions.
