National Energy Plan 2015-2020
The preparation of the National Energy Plan 2015-2020 was the result of a broad participatory process that took place between August 2015 and 2016 in several provinces of the country. This process was managed by the National Energy Ministry with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and included the participation of representatives from different sectors, civil society, academia and international organizations. The process was attended by 800 participants, who took part in 17 workshops in which the issues incorporated into the National Plan were discussed and debated.

Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
