National Authority for Public Utilities' Public Consultations
In order to receive citizens' opinions, comments and suggestions regarding regulatory proposals on issues related to telecommunications, the National Public Services Authority (ASEP) has set up a section on its website called Public Consultations. In this platform, it publishes the projects it wishes to submit for consultation, and enables an e-mail account to which citizens can send their observations during a restricted period of time. In addition to accessing the consultations that are currently ongoing, the platform displays consultations held from 2014 onwards.
