Paraguayan Network for Sustainable Cities

The Paraguayan Network for Sustainable Cities aims to improve and transform the quality of urban life across several cities in Paraguay. Its efforts focus on cultural, social, economic and environmental issues. In addition to encouraging citizen participation activities in various initiatives, the Network also plays a role in the accountability process of some of the cities involved. It has its beginnings in the Asunción Unites Us movement (?Asunción Us Une?), which expanded and created the Network in 2013. The Network is also the Paraguayan representation before the Latin American Network for Just, Democratic and Sustainable Cities (Red Latinoamericana por Ciudades Justas, Democráticas y Sustentables).
