Puntos de Cultura
Puntos de Cultura (lit. Points of Culture) is a program of connection, promotion and support to local and community cultural initiatives. Through it, the Ministry of Culture registers, recognizes and partially finances sustainable groups and projects of art and culture, recognizing the central role of citizen participation in the promotion and implementation of cultural policies. The Points of Culture are organizations, spaces or groups from civil society registered with the Ministry of Culture to develop and promote cultural and artistic initiatives contributing to social inclusion, the diffusion of their cultural expressions, the preservation of memory and heritage, and citizen empowerment.
Institutional design
