Integral Development Plan of Villa El Salvador
The Integral Development Plan of Villa El Salvador district has been organized on different occasions by the Municipality of Lima in conjunction with non-governmental and international organizations since 1998. This participatory process is carried out with the aim of mapping out actions and public policies that contribute to the political, social and economic development of the area. For its creation, forums, consultative stages, referendums, local meetings and participatory budgets have been held. The policies are drafted collaboratively within the framework of six guidelines: education, health, economic development, modernization of citizenship, security and participatory democracy.
