¿Qué sabés? - Uruguay
?¿Qué sabés?? (lit. What do you Know? ? Uruguay) is a platform that has the agenda of facilitating access to information of the Uruguayan public institutions, as stipulated in Law 18381 of access to public information. Any person can request information, data or documents from national or departmental institutions through the platform. Afterwards, it ensures that the institutions comply with the deadlines established by law to respond. The response is posted on the web and it is also documented whether institutions responded on time or did not respond. Finally, the user can document if he was happy with the result or ask via the platform help with the steps to follow if there was no response.

Frequency: how often does the innovation take place: only once, sporadically, or is it permanent or regular?
Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?

Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
Co-governance: is there involvement of the government in the process or not?
