Dialogue and Consultation System of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
In 2014, under the Open Government project, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs undertook, through Decree 25/014 - System of Dialogue and Consultation (SDC) between the MRREE and the social organizations "to establish a System to democratize foreign policy through different institutional paths and thus make participation and monitoring by citizens possible. The objectives for participation declared in the Decree are wide, and the different mechanisms established include plenary sessions, work in commissions, and forms of consultation and direct participation in person and on the web.
Institutional design
