The Ministry of Public Health launched a web platform that allows users of health services to make a comparison of the services and providers of the National Health System, in a friendly way and according to different variables. In addition to this, the platform also aims to establish a space for participation and communication between the Ministry and citizens to ensure feedback; i.e. not only for users to be able to consult but also to make suggestions and complaints.
