Special Permanent Commission of Rural Montevideo
The Special Permanent Commission of Rural Montevideo is an office of the City Hall whose main objective is to advise the City Hall on public policies in order to guarantee the protection of the rural areas of Montevideo in terms of infrastructure, natural resources and lifestyle. The Commission is made up of producers and neighbors of the area, representatives of the central and municipal government, and the University of the Republic.
