Management Area of the Punta Yeguas Public Park
The Management Area of the Punta Yeguas Public Park (PPPY) is a body of planning and management in which representatives of the City Hall of Montevideo and neighbors of the Park area, organizations and citizen groups, academics and technicians participate. In this space civil society and the State work on different strategic guidelines such as recreation, health, environment, economy and culture to carry out a participatory process of park management. In this way, the strategic guidelines and the management plans that guide the management of the park and its activities were developed in the framework of plenaries and seminars-workshop.
