Quéjese
The Quéjese.com.uy platform is a private initiative that aims to receive citizen complaints against any type of public transport. Users complete a form with the details of the incident they wish to report and it is immediately forwarded to the corresponding institutions, which must respond within a period of no more than five days. The platform also allows access to road rules and monthly reports on complaints made, among other useful information.
