Rivera's Honorary Commission for Rural Security
The Departmental Honorary Commission for Rural Security of the Department of Rivera was created by Resolution 677 of the Executive Branch and was coordinated by the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries and the Municipality of Rivera. It was made up of representatives of public and private organizations, with the participation of rural producers, and it raised problems related to rural security and sought to solve them in a coordinated manner.
