Community Information System in Primary Health Care (SICAPS)
The Community Information System in Primary Health Care (Sistema de Información Comunitaria en Atención Primaria de Salud; SICAPS) consists of a simplified digital technology for the collection and participatory processing of demographic, epidemiological and socioeconomic information. With the support of the health promoters of Fundación Proyecto Paria (FPP) it is used by communities to develop community health projects, take actions in support of primary health care services in their localities, and manage public services and investments classified as priorities by the communities themselves.
