Municipal Development Councils
The Municipal Development Councils are responsible for the analysis, deliberation, and approval of policies related to local development, transparency in public management, and the improvement of the quality of life of citizens. The councils are made up of different stakeholders, including the mayor, the local council, the supervisory committee, the subprefect, and representatives of local organizations, functional organizations, productive organizations and public and private institutions.
