Departmental Social Council of Health
The Departmental Social Council of Health is the representative of the Municipal Social Councils of health and social organizations before the Health System. Its primary function is to articulate and monitor the needs and proposals put forward by local actors within departmental development policies. In addition, it's responsible of allocating resources with the aim of incorporating health into the Department's Annual Operational Plan.
