OnTrack (Empowerment Platform)
OnTrack is an online platform that seeks to empower the citizens of La Paz, Bolivia by providing them with information on the "Rural Alliances", "Urban Infrastructure of the City of La Paz" and "Real Neighborhoods and Communities " projects. It facilitates feedback on the implementation of these programs. It is designed so that the information is presented in a direct and open manner to the governments and staff of the World Bank project. Technological innovations that incorporate the use of cell phones, SMS as well as feedback through the web are used. Citizens can share their views and opinions via SMS or using the OnTrack platform.
Institutional design
