National Constitutional Referendum 2009
The 2009 Constitutional Referendum of Bolivia approved, with 61.43% of the votes, the draft Constitution prepared by the Constituent Assembly in 2007. The Constitution was published in the Official Gazette of Bolivia on February 7, 2009.
