Binding Referendum on the Country's Energy Policy, DS No. 27507. "GAS referendum"
The Binding Referendum on the country's Energy Policy established five questions regarding the country's Energy Policy. Each issue was answered independently from the others. The voter could answer YES or NO to each question. The Referendum was carried out on July 2004, and the results were favorable to President Mesa's hydrocarbon policy.
