Regional Autonomous Referendum (Province of Gran Chaco)
The Regional Autonomous Referendum of the Province of Gran Chaco was held on July 12, 2009. The Province began the process to gain autonomy by receiving 48 272 votes, 80% of the valid votes which agreed with the question: "Do you agree that your province enter the regional autonomy regime?"
