Citizen Platform for an Informed and Transparent Vote

The Citizen Platform for an Informed and Transparent Vote is an association of independent civil society organizations, academics and professionals, interested in the promotion of democratic culture, citizen participation, electoral monitoring, citizen control and the organization of programmatic deliberation in relation to electoral processes in Bolivia. Its main objectives have to do with the promotion of informed voting, citizen participation and citizen monitoring of electoral processes through citizen initiatives such as observation, control, and security. For this purpose, it has developed websites that allow the transmission of testimonies and news of incidents that occur during the campaign and election day; and the distribution of audiovisual material to promote an informed and transparent vote. They also generate infographics on various topics and report on election timelines.
