Vitória On-Line

Vitória?s Online Cabinet consists in an online participatory experience promoted by the city of Vitória with the aim of bringing the local government and society together to discuss issues relevant to the city. The tool is similar to the itinerary cabinets, but works via digital participation. Through online debates and conferences, the mayor and his/her secretaries, along with experts, discuss certain topics of interest to the city in a democratic and horizontal manner via the internet. After the conference, the Forum of Ideas begins, through which all residents can send suggestions, support, vote and comment on other people?s posts for one week. The three most voted suggestions are to be addressed by the mayor in a video further on.
