Plenary Session on Public Services
The Plenary Session on Public Services was created in 2009 with the aim of establishing communication channel directly between the municipality of the city of Canoas, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, and its citizens. The sessions consist in citizens? assemblies carried out in all districts of the city, where the mayor presents the actions implemented, to which citizens can respond with complaints, suggestions and demands in writing or orally. From 2009 until the end of 2015, 12 editions were held.
