New Commercial Code Debate
Debate do Novo Código Comercial (lit. New Commercial Code Debate) was an online debate held in 2011 by the Ministry of Justice. During that year, the National Congress was discussing a bill to reform te the Commercial Code. To collaborate with the improvement of commercial legislation, the Ministry of Justice used its platform to openly discuss the matter and intensify the dialogue among sectors. After the debate was finished, the text was sent to National Congress to help inform the discussion.
