Otoridades
Otoridades is a digital platform created by the organisation Transparencia Hacker, where citizens can report abuse of authority by public officials and security forces. In order to do so, citizens must fill out a form, and they can do so anonymously. The form requires users to provide a title, a description of the incident, the name of the authority, and to classify the complaint into pre-defined categories (e.g. politics, health or education). If they wish, citizens can add links to pictures, recordings, or websites that report on the events. Additionally, it is possible to read reports posted by other citizens and comment on them.

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
